- New Policy number and policy documentation (DEC Page, Policy Booklet, etc.)
- Claims Handling Procedures with your new login credentials and temporary password
- Customer Service Procedures
• Your assigned company representative will contact you directly to discuss any concerns or specific needs you may have.
