If you visit the "Manage Policies" section, simply look under the name and policy number section towards the top of the page and you will see the status of your policy listed as either "Active" or "Inactive".
Click the "Purchase a New Policy" button on the left-hand side of your screen and simply select the device type that you would like to insure. Follow the proceeding instructions to complete your purchase.
Under the "Claims Center" section, you can search by your given Claim # and you can see if your claim has been either Completed, Pending or if it has been Denied.
In the “Claims Center”, search for your device based on the serial # and select the “File a Claim” button next to your device. Otherwise, in the "Manage Policies" section, search for your serial # and select the “File a Claim” button next to your device.
Call our customer service at (800) 620 – 2885 to complete your payment or enable our Auto Pay option. If available, visit the "Manage Policies" section, clicking the “View Policy Details” and complete the “Update Auto Pay” feature to enable the Auto Pay functionality.
If you have moved, changing your address is simple and easy! Just visit the "Account Settings" and you can complete and save your changes quickly and easily.
If your device has been replaced and you would like to transfer coverage, please call our customer service center at (800) 620 - 2885 to update the serial number associated with your policy.
